Making your own cold-pressed V8 juice is easy, less expensive and much fresher than the brand name juice at the store.

This recipe includes 8 vegetables, but make it your own by adding and subtracting ingredients as desired. Start with tomato, celery, and carrot as your base and add from there as you like.

Makes three 8 oz. servings

Ingredients:
2-4 firm tomatoes (depending upon size)
1 carrot with tops
1 stalk celery with leaves
1/4 green pepper
1/4 bunch parsley
2 green onions with tops
1/4 small bunch spinach, washed
1 lemons peeled or 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Juice all vegetables into a large container. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons Bragg Liquid Aminos to taste, for vital amino acids and unique flavor.

Tomatoes are a naturally soft vegetable, so it can be more difficult to get a lot of juice from them. For best results, select the firmest tomatoes.
