...not bad tasting either! Provides the nutrients needed and doesn't make your smoothie too 'thick'... I've tried it both with all frozen fruits, with nut butter, ground flax, coconut milk and greek yogurt as well as blending a scoop into my store bought Naked and Bolthouse 100% juices.
