For Years I Suffered with Joint Pain, Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia
In my younger years, I was never as energetic as the other
kids on my block. I have fought fatigue since I can remember.
In
addition, I have no cartilage in my knees and had to have injections to
enable me to walk without severe pain. Three years ago, I had my foot
operated on and the bones never healed. I could hardly walk at times and
I was frantic because I am a motivational speaker and must stand for
hours to deliver my message.

In my years of research as a minister to help bring healing to
emotionally hurting people, I have found that God wants us to be healthy
body, soul and spirit. That means the physical as well as the
emotional and spiritual. He says the body is the temple of the holy
spirit and that we should take care of it.
Life, unfortunately, does
not always present an easy road for us to travel. Not only are we
carrying emotional scars, but we are carrying the physical scars of
poor health because we have neglected to realize that what we put
inside will eventually present itself on the outside.
I believe in the
miracle of creative healing. I have found, however, that God does not
always heal us miraculously or instantly with a creative miracle.
Rather, he teaches us that our body is a miracle of healing and will
repair itself if we will nurture it properly with good nutrition and
supplements to aid the cause. Besides, if He heals us miraculously, and
we continue with our bad habits of poor nutrition, we will not be able
to maintain the healing.
