Oops - I ordered the wrong product

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, please call us right away to speak with Customer Service at (855) 995-2639. If your order has already shipped, we are sorry, but we cannot cancel the order. Do not send email requesting to cancel or change your order.


How Do I Return a Product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from us. You may request to return new, unopened items purchased within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, or to exchange for another product.

Refunds are not provided on opened products. If you are trying a product for the first time, whether as a new or returning customer, you may request to return an opened bottle within 30 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only.

Resale/Practitioners: We do not accept returns for opened products purchased for resale.


3 Simple Return Steps

  1. Call Customer Service at (855) 995-2639 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and address for shipping your return.
  2. Make a copy of your sales receipt you received with your order and write the RMA number on it and return this in the package with your product being returned.
  3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned. We strongly recommend shipping via a method which provides you with a tracking number for your package. If we do not receive your package within 10 business days, we will assume you changed your mind and will void the Refund Request.

We process refunds promptly, usually within 1-2 business days of receiving your items.

  • If you paid via Check or Money Order, we will mail you a refund check.
  • If you paid via PayPal or Credit Card, we will process a refund back to your account. Some banks hold the credit for up to 3 days before depositing into your account, so if you do not see the credit posted, please contact your Bank.


What Shows on my Credit Card bill?

Your order will display Body As Doctor as the vendor on your credit card statement. If you do not recall placing an order with us, contact Customer Service for assistance looking up the details of your order.


Fraudulent Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases

We log IP information on all orders and fraudulent purchases will be diligently pursued for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
