Love, love, love!! Thanks to this one natural pill my blood sugars have been lowered and remain in the "safe zone". I am no longer taking my rx and am being more aware of the things I eat.

Max Chromium is a must; my body does not go through a day without taking the recommended serving. I try to eat healthy when I do eat 75/25% ratios, but sweets are a weakness.
