Amazing product! Battling a rare form of muscular dystrophy this product along with a few of Wayne Garland other supplements kicked this disease. I am finally forming muscle in a very short time. Feeling overwhelming excited with joy and relief fatigue symptoms long gone hallelujah !

I love the flavor and taste. I take this L-Carnitine on an empty stomach before workouts, and also in my water bottle for longer (2hr+) bike rides and I like the sustained energy boost!
